Congrats on booking your podcast consultation! Our experts are amazing and we're super excited about how quickly you will get the answers you need to grow your show quickly- and avoid common pitfalls experienced by most podcasters. Now, it's time to learn more about what you can expect.
You will be receiving an email shortly with confirmation of your consultation appointment. Please add this event to your calendar! We’ll also be sending you a couple of email reminders- one 24 hours in advance and one 1 hour prior to your appointment. And if you signed up for text alerts, you’ll receive one final reminder 10 minutes prior to your consultation.
We’re super excited to work with some of the most sought-after podcast consultants in the industry- and we want to respect everyone’s time. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so through the calendar invite or emails you’ve received about your consultation. If you reschedule or cancel more than 24 hours prior to your consultants, there are no fees. However, if decide to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will only receive 50% of your payment returned to you. If you have an emergency and cannot make your appointment- please contact your consultant.
How to Prepare
The online form you completed is emailed automatically to your consultant. They may reach out to you in advance if they have additional questions. To prepare for your appointment, please come prepared with a list of questions that focuses on your consultant’s area of expertise. This is NOT a presentation. Your consultant will not be making a presentation to you. They are simply here to answer your questions- specifically as it relates to your podcast.
It’s important that you join your session through Zoom video- which is ideal for screencasts and sharing information. All of these sessions will be recorded and that recording will be emailed to you. You will also receive a written transcript of your session.
Extending your session
You may discover that you have more questions and you’re quickly running out of time in your session. Unfortunately, you cannot extend your consultation time since your booking is directly connected to our payment system. Your consultant has been instructed to end each session on time. Having said that, exceptions may be made for technical difficulties. If you run out of time because you have more questions, you will need to stop the consultation at the designated time. However, you are welcome to schedule another appointment to get the remainder of your questions answered.
