Music can make or break your podcast.
Whatever music your choose for your podcast, don’t ever use copyright music without permission. It’s just not worth it. But there are some cost-effective ways to get amazing music for your podcast, and it doesn’t have to break the bank.
For specially-produced jingles, I typically use Fiverr. I’ve paid as little as $50 for a jingle that’s 5 seconds or less. And I own all the rights to it.
Free Music Archive is a helpful resource for finding free music for your podcast.
