Every well-produced podcast has a plan. It may be a loose plan, but there’s still a plan. This usually takes the form of a script or outline (or perhaps a combination of both) that not only helps the podcast host plan for the recording, but it’s also important to send a copy to the guest(s) in advance so they know what to expect. We recommend creating these scripts on Google Docs, so it’s easy to share and changes can be made quickly and effectively.
